Karlstad den 25 augusti 2004--
Loaded startade i september 2001 av Martin Rosell och Niklas Bergson i Karlstad. De tyckte att det saknades ett ställe som spelade bra musik och hade intressanta liveakter.
Premiären ägde rum på restaurang Chili med Jan Martens Frustration´s på scen förstärkta av Strängen från Hellacopters. Efter detta var succén ett faktum, sedan följde ett år av eminenta akter och uppskattade gäst dj´s framträdanden, med allt från Soundtrack of our lives till Andy Rourke från The Smiths.
Efter ungefär ett och ett halvt år flyttade då stans enda rockklubb till Glada ankan efter ombyggnad av ursprungsstället Chili byggde om till Umami Lounge. På Glada ankan har Martin och Niklas fortsatt sin envisa kamp för att ge folket det de de vill ha och de de inte vet att de vill ha, men innerst inne vill ha – den bästa musiken!
2.4.0 for Linux--
is in beta testing Right This Very Minute. The MacOS version isn't far behind. I expect the Mac one to go to beta during WWDC, if I can find somewhere to upload the whole thing.
Like Windows, there will be no patch from 2.3.0, so expect to be downloading the whole thing. There is no patch because the patch version was basically the same size as 2.4.0's full install...
2.4.0 is the first version based on ut2004's codebase (all the previous ones were sort of a pre-ut2003/ut2004 potluck thing), so basically all of the data file formats changed. The next version after 2.4.0 will have a patch from 2.4.0, for what that's worth. In the meantime, start making friends with people that own both cable modem and a DVD burner.

There were some discussions in our forums about our punkbuster guid feature that we announced in a news some days ago.
Today Homey and me improved this system and now we are able to track your punkbuster guid´s like all the other stats.
